Raleigh’s looking a bit healthier with the new Just Salad location opening. The restaurant is located at 4025 Lake Boone Trail, Raleigh.
Their mission is to cultivate a healthy lifestyle by serving real food at a price people can afford. Everything on the menu is around $10.

The menu ranges from salads like the Backyard BBQ that has Romaine lettuce, Breaded Chicken, Charred Corn, Sharp White Cheddar, and Crunchy Onions to the Forager’s warm bowl that has Organic Sesame Tofu, Sauteed Kale Salad, Roasted Balsamic Mushrooms, Organic Quinoa & Farro, Grape Tomatoes, Goat Cheese. Dressing: Kale Pesto Vinaigrette with Sriracha drizzle. Yum!
